Candidates for the Fellowship will be found through an open call through organisations and experts in the mission area.

Candidates will be nominated, but can nominate themselves if they can’t find a suitable nominee.

Candidates with a high chance of success will be invited to interview, where they will be interviewed by experts within the mission area and in collaboration.

The profile we are recruiting for in 2024 is a mixed group of 8-12 changemakers, policymakers and philanthropists, with other individuals considered who have influence within this mission area.

Financial support for fellows is means tested, and is paid directly to Fellows, unless they represent a registered charity and would prefer that their support be donated to the charity instead.
