Our Vision

We want to see leadership that has the competency to find sustainable solutions to complex social problems.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to create large scale social change by investing deeply in the individuals who will create it.

We believe something fundamental:
You cannot lead a fractured world from a fractured inner life.

In today’s climate, we think that supporting people in leadership positions is the single most important thing we can do. AMR exists to form leaders who can remain internally coherent in externally incoherent times.

How we work

On our flagship two-year fellowship programme, we give leaders the many tools they need (emotionally, psychologically, and practically) to make change happen, because we do not underestimate what it takes to create systemic social transformation and where it begins.

In 2026 we are piloting the A Million Realities Schools Fellowship Programme in partnership with the Reach Foundation. This is a first of its kind 3-month programme for Head Teachers and Trust Leaders.

The AMR fellowship was transformative for me. Arriving fresh from business scaling programs, I aimed to better myself. It’s an intense experience—my advice: embrace it fully and enjoy the benefits.

I now know I am the right person to lead. I don’t question whether I could achieve it or whether I am capable. I know I can.

The AMR programme was a game-changer for me. It helped me realise that anger was driving my work, not my true self. Now, I work with genuine passion, leveraging my strengths, and without wearing myself out.
